All items are created in small quantities in Rhode Island, USA by a young female artist.
Please note these are individually made by hand, slight variations will occur. I hope you appreciate the uniqueness of each piece.
What size should I get?
Go with your true size or size down .25 for a snug fit. I like them to be a bit on the tighter side to be sure they wont fall off.
Are the rings fragile?
To an extent, yes. They are made from borosilicate glass making them sturdier then standard glassware. Avoid impact and tension .
Encased opals have the risk of spontaneously combusting. . The larger the opal the higher the risk. For example a 1.5mm sphere opal has almost a 0% risk.
I have a skin sensitivity, will the glass cause irritation?
No it won't. Glass is 100% hypoallergenic friendly.
Do I need to worry about tarnishing?
No, glass will not tarnish or fade. Over time you may notice slight scratches on the surface due to wear. This just adds more personality to your item.
How do I clean my glass ring?
A little sprits of glass cleaner and a hand towel will get the job done.
Or rinse under room temp water and gently clean with dish soap. Pat dry with clot.
To clean a glass chain fill a shallow bowl with room temp water and soap and gently roll between your palms as if your washing your hands. rinse and pat dry.

All orders over $100 receive a free stamped travel tin for safe keeping.
How should I take care of my Struggle glass items?
Please be kind and gentle to your Struggle glass items.
Glass is an impermanent material, depending on how you treat your item will determine the longevity of it. Avoid fast temperature changes, as this can shock the glass and cause it to crack.
Remove before sleeping, shower and swimming..
keep in a safe place when not wearing to minimize risk of damage.
Make sure all clasp are fully secured - feel free email me or refer to my instagram post on how to use my glass clasp.
If in the unfortunate event your item breaks please email a photo and a brief description of how the item broke. I can then determine if the item can be repaired or repurposed. Repair cost varies.
How are rings sized?
All rings are sized in US sizing.
Due to the hand made nature of Struggle glass rings please allow up to a .25 size difference when placing a custom order.
Shipping
Struggle Glass is not responsible for any lost, missing,, stolen or damaged packages.
Unfortunately Struggle Glass does not offer replacements or refunds on lost or stolen packages.
Contact USPS or UPS if your package is lost or suspect it was stolen.
Orders are not shipped with additional insurance unless otherwise requested.
All shipping materials are recyclable and compostable
international customers are responsible for any custom tax that may apply

Please refrain from placing multiple separate orders in one day. If possible combine all items into one order. This helps me when processing and packaging your orders.
If you place multiple orders anyways a $5 processing fee will be charged to any refunded shipping. For example if you place two orders with $20 shipping each and request one of the shipping cost be refunded, you will be refunded $15.
International Orders / Shipping
All international orders placed through the website are shipped through USPS 30 day standard shipping unless otherwise requested.
If you would like your order shipped UPS please email Hello@struggleglass.com directly after placing your order. Please include your order number.
. Additional shipping cost may apply. Orders will not receive upgraded shipping until any additional shipping payment is made through the link provided through email.
Any order outside the US is recommended to go through UPS

IF RING GETS STUCK ON FINGER DO NOT PANIC
Avoid running under water, instead use a room temperature oil and gently pull off the ring. Be sure to do so over at a low hight and on soft surface such as a folded hand towel in case the ring is dropped.
